Do you have payment plans?

Well, you could call it a payment plan. Typically, we do not require full payment up front, just a 50% deposit. Further payments are due according to structured stage payments as detailed in our proposal.
I want to have a meeting in person. Is that possible?

All initial meetings are online meetings. These are prefect for discussing your project with you.
During our first online meeting It's important that we determine if we are a good fit for each other. You know it makes sense!
Do you offer copywriting services?

Our extensive network of creative associates allows us to connect you with reliable and talented copywriters who we have worked with for years. Their services can be used to generate content for something as simple as a postcard to full page content for your website.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept company checks, major credit cards… and if you insist, cash!
We no longer accept "first born"
... unless they are accompanied by a large trust fund ; )

How much does a website cost?

The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors, just like the cost of a house may vary.
Though our website projects generally start in the $3,000 range for basic business sites and range upward depending on your unique needs.
How long does it take to design and build a website?

The time it takes to produce a website depends on the size and complexity of your site and the quality of content that you have ready to go. A basic website typically takes around 4 weeks from beginning to end.

Other than the complexity of the website you need, the biggest factor in development time is how fast you send us the required content. Development time can be kept to a minimum if you can get your content to us efficiently. If you have a time sensitive website project please contact us directly to discuss what timeline you can expect for your specific project.
Will I be able update my website content on my own?

Absolutely, once we have completed your website it's yours and you will have your own admin login account to access your website and make changes. We offer basic training for those who are interested in making updates such as editing information to keep it current or adding blog posts or products.
Do you do e-Commerce/Online Store websites?

We sure do!
How do I get professional images for my website?

Creatability has access to multiple professional stock image libraries. These libraries are filled with both photography and illustration style royalty free images of anything you could imagine. On many occasions we give clients the option of visiting these online libraries and choosing photos they would like us to utilize for their project.

What is a Content Management System?

A Content Management System is a tool that allows you to maintain the pages of your website yourself, without the need for any technical skills. A CMS allows you to edit and add pages, images, products or blog entries to your website. No additional software is required – all you need is a web browser and an internet connection.
Will my website work on mobile devices?

Yes it will. All the websites we design work on all devices. Depending on your requirements we can design and develop your site using responsive design so that the site is optimised for all screen sizes and devices.
Do you provide training?

Yes, we provide all our clients with up to 1 hour of training on editing and updating their website.
What is web hosting?

Web hosting is a service that allows your website to be viewed on the Internet. It’s basically a computer housed in a data center that runs your website and sometimes your email.
What is a domain name?

A domain name is your address on the internet. Typically this would be something like yourcompany.com
Do I need my own domain name and web hosting?

Yes, you will need both, and we can help you. We can help you to select and purchase a suitable domain for your project get this set up and we can work with your existing provider. While we are not a web hosting company, we can help you to set up hosting for your site on one of our partners’ hosting-servers.
Do you write the content for my site?

It's your responsibility to provide the content for the website, after all you are teh expert in your field. However, if you need help with this we can put you in contact with a copywriter who specializes in writing for the web.
