As with everything else in business, there’s no “one size fits all” answer. If your business sells birdhouses to your local retired gardening and bird watching community and that specific group is absolutely not computer savvy, chances are they’ll think “Twitter” is the call of the Olive Warbler. If this is the case and you absolutely know it to be true for every member, you probably don’t need to use social networking.
