Just-Reviews was set up to help you manage your reputation. It’s a simple idea but very effective.
You send your clients to a website customized for YOUR business where they are simply asked “How did we do?”
They respond by clicking on either Thumbs Up for a good experience or a Thumbs Down for a bad experience. Either way they are then prompted to leave a review either good or bad which emailed directly to you.
Let’s face it, everyone has a bad day every now and then; you cannot always provide 5 star service to everyone. If the client indicates the experience was bad, you now have a chance to respond, to work with them to put the things right.
If the experience was good you have a great review to add to your website, but it doesn’t stop there. After submitting a good review the client is asked to leave the same review at once or more review sites such as , Google+, Yelp etc.
